Important things to check;

Vaccination History, to be safe Dogs require a Primary Vaccine Course and the Annual Vaccine Boosters!
Parasite treatments are a very important part of your pets health, these can be prescribed by your Vet and given every 1-3 Months.
Pet Insurance! Pet Insurance is a key part of owning any pet, pet insurance should be chosen carefully and maintained for life! Ask information
Socialisation is very important when owning a dog, make sure to research plenty and to work on providing a top notch habitat for your pet – Try puppy classes or socialisation techniques.
Annual health checks are a key part of keeping your new pet in tip top condition!
Nutrition and Diet! An initial Veterinary Nurse consult would help you to identify the correct food options and portion sizes for your pet!
